Over 100 golfers are expected to tee off this weekend at Migaa Golf Club for the 10th leg of the 2026 NCBA Golf Series, with the battle for Grand Finale slots entering a decisive phase.
The Migaa showdown arrives at a critical point in the calendar, as players intensify their push to secure qualification for the season-ending finale set for November 28, 2026, at Karen Country Club.

Momentum heading into Migaa follows a highly competitive outing at Sigona Golf Club last weekend, where more than 260 golfers turned up—one of the biggest fields in this year’s series.
At Sigona, Akshay Chandaria led the men’s field after carding an impressive 76 gross to clinch the Overall Gross Men title, while Rachel Ndei topped the ladies’ category with 90 gross to secure the Overall Gross Lady crown. Both booked their places at the Grand Finale.
Adam Tayebjee finished close behind as men’s runner-up with 77 gross, with M.N. Njoroge also returning 77 gross to place third on countback.
In the ladies’ field, Jane Njau delivered a solid 91 gross to claim the runner-up spot.
The handicap divisions were equally competitive. G S Phull claimed the Division Two Men title with 39 points, while Vivian Kosgei took the Division Two Lady prize with 32 points.
Joy Bhatt topped Division Three with 37 points, as junior golfer Hetansh Shah impressed with 80 gross to emerge the junior winner.
Speaking after the Sigona leg, NCBA reaffirmed its commitment to growing the sport through competitive and inclusive platforms.
“We are delighted to witness another successful and highly competitive leg of the NCBA Golf Series here at Sigona Golf Club. The quality of play today reflects the continued growth of golf in Kenya,” said Rose Mburu, NCBA ABC Place Branch Manager.
“Through this series, our goal remains to create inclusive platforms that bring together golfers, strengthen club communities, and support the development of talent across the country,” she added.
With participation numbers rising and competition tightening, the 2026 NCBA Golf Series continues to build momentum—setting the stage for a thrilling run-in to the Grand Finale.
