You are heavy to carry around, but with impact
you are valuable at the election day,

but too difficult to make a decision for
voters admire to have you, they queue to register to have you,
others hate to line up to register for you
for you carry emotions along, be it a victory or a concession,
you are valued after every election cycle, but your impact is felt in a full cycle
you have put criminals in office,
while through you genuine leaders have been kept at bay
most have betrayed your worth, some have manipulated through you
lots of others have kissed death when you are on duty
through you, electorates have enormous candidates to pick from,
not one is ever qualified, because the right candidate never runs for election
the politician rides on your back, feeds from your worth, makes decisions through your power
little history is recorded on who framed you, equally eliminating you from humanity
is proving mission impossible
I want to use you often, so I make regular changes, but the law usually constraints me
its long time since I queued to use you, little has taken place since then,
the power I donated is not exploited well
am now wiser, not one, again will intimidate me to use you, anyhow, anyway
