Stephen Mogaka, Member of Parliament for West Mugirango Constituency, paid a visit to university students from his constituency currently studying at Moi University in Eldoret.

In a spirited and inspiring engagement, he encouraged the learners to remain industrious, creative, and focused on their academic goals despite the many challenges they may face while on campus.
Addressing the gathering of young scholars, Mogaka underscored the importance of education in shaping not just individual futures but also the destiny of the constituency and the nation at large.
He reminded the students that success in life demands discipline, resilience, and a commitment to personal growth, urging them to take full advantage of the opportunities education provides.

Mogaka also assured the students of his continued support through empowerment initiatives and education-focused programs funded through the National Government Constituency Development Fund (NG-CDF).
He encouraged them to form strong networks and remain united, highlighting the role of mentorship, peer support, and patriotism.
During the visit, he donated Ksh. 110,000 to support their welfare.
The students expressed gratitude for the visit, describing it as a sign of visionary and people-centered leadership.
The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to strengthen ties between learners in institutions of higher learning and their elected representatives back home.
Mogaka’s visit forms part of a broader effort to engage the youth and ensure that education remains central to the development agenda in West Mugirango.
