Leaders, friends, relatives, and mourners have continued to visit the Nairobi home of Richard Onyonka following the death of his mother, Mama Teresia Omoke.
The family has received an outpouring of comfort, prayers, and solidarity during the difficult period of mourning.

Messages of condolence, prayers, and heartfelt tributes have continued to pour in from across the country, reflecting the deep respect and affection many held for the late matriarch.
Among those who visited the family was Principal Secretary for Broadcasting and Telecommunications, Stephen Isaboke, who joined mourners in offering comfort and support to the bereaved family.
During the visit, PS Isaboke described Mama Teresia Omoke as a strong, graceful, and selfless woman whose life was defined by humility, wisdom, resilience, and unwavering dedication to family and community.
He noted that her legacy lives on through the values she instilled in those around her — values of integrity, compassion, unity, and service.
The emotional scenes at the Kisii Senator’s Nairobi residence reflected not only the pain of loss, but also the closeness the family shares with friends, colleagues, and leaders who have continued to stand by them in solidarity.
As mourners gathered to pray, console, and remember Mama Teresia Omoke, many spoke of a woman whose quiet strength and nurturing spirit touched countless lives and whose memory will remain deeply cherished.
Onyonka said the continued flow of visitors and messages of comfort has offered the family strength and reassurance that they are not walking through grief alone.
