Harambee Stars midfielder Timothy Ouma is set for UEFA Champions League football next season after returning to parent club SK Slavia Prague following a successful loan spell in Poland.
The 21-year-old former Nairobi City Stars midfielder joined the Czech champions at the start of the season from Swedish side IF Elfsborg before being loaned out to Polish giants Lech Poznań.

Slavia Prague clinched the Czech league title this season to secure direct qualification to the UEFA Champions League league phase, handing Ouma a potential debut on Europe’s biggest club stage next campaign.
The Kenyan international also enjoyed a successful spell in Poland, helping Lech Poznań win the Ekstraklasa title and secure a place in the 2026/27 UEFA Champions League qualifying rounds.
Ouma featured 34 times for the 10-time Polish champions during the season, cementing his place as one of Kenya’s rising football exports in Europe.
The midfielder attributed his impressive campaign abroad to the unwavering support from his family.
Ouma jetted back into the country on Wednesday night from Poland and received a jubilant welcome from family and friends at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, with congratulatory messages pouring in following his league triumph in Poland.
